Use up-to-date, actual negotiated rates and contractand follow industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.  Combine our negotiated rate and ROE data to identify pipelines at the greatest risk of Section 5 rate investigations. On the  Financial Pipeline Profiles  page, click the "Firm Contract Expiration" pie chart to find negotiated contract rates for the current quarter.

ROE's  -

Now find return on equity calculations for  22  operating assets. LawIQ applies FERC's methodology to arrive at more accurate ROE calculations and help customers spot potential rate cases earlier. ROE calculations are clearly presented on the  Financial Pipeline Profiles  page.

Project Public Company Search -  Looking for all of TransCanada's projects in one place? Our new public company search feature helps connect companies with their projects, allowing an easily filtered view of current and past projects for a single company, or a select a subset of companies for analysis. On the Project Analytics page , search all related projects for a specific company or developer.

Firm Contract Shipper Search - 

Understanding the relationships between pipelines and their shippers can provide valuable information on the impacts of rate and capacity changes. Our shipper search functionality displays the shipper, which pipelines it has entered into firm contracts agreements with, the contract term, and the maximum daily quantities associated with the contract. The data can also be sorted and exported to excel. To search for shippers via the Financials page, click on "Natural Gas," then "Shippers." 

FERC Data Requests -

The timing and category of data requests offer valuable insights into the status of a project's application review process. Finding and navigating to a concise and focused list of project-specific data requests through the FERC system can be cumbersome and time-consuming, but now this information is easily accessible via the LawIQ web-based application.

To view any project's data requests, their descriptions, and the date they were filed, click on the link on the right hand side of any Project Profile Page under "Data Requests." Users can also view and download any individual data request.

Electronic Bulletin Board Daily Alerting -

LawIQ's EBB alerting provides daily updates on crucial portions of natural gas pipeline and storage facility informational postings. Rather than visiting multiple different sites, users receive a daily digest of the latest updates right to their inbox. For a group of nearly 50 of the most followed and impactful assets, LawIQ alerts on capacity releases and critical notices, which includes maintenance, capacity constraints, and force majeure announcements.
